A destination for sculpture

Cheeseburn is a destination for sculpture in Northumberland. Opening for just six weekends per year, in 2019 Cheeseburn saw over 6,000 visitors. Cheeseburn displays over 70 contemporary sculpture from local and international artists as well as supporting artistic and curatorial talent by creating pathways into the sector.

Since October 2014-present, we have supported Cheeseburn with:

  • Marketing strategy and planning
  • Delivery of all marketing campaigns; resulting in x6 growth in visitors since 2014
  • Delivery of all social media; resulting in 30,000 engagements per open season
  • Delivery of all PR to drive footfall; resulting in 60 pieces of press coverage per open season
  • Delivery of Gillian Dickinson North East Young Sculptor of the Year campaign, enabling young artists and sculptors to break through into the sector
  • Supported fundraising initiatives exceeding c.¬£20,000
