Who are we?


We’re a marketing and communications agency working with clients who make a social difference. This includes arts and culture organisations, local authorities, charities, not-for-profit organisations, NGOs and heritage organisations.

The way we do things and the marketing campaigns we deliver are inspired by the Latin American Spanish phrase, “buen vivir” – meaning a way of doing things that is community-centric, ecologically balanced, and culturally sensitive.

We've won a few awards for our big thinking and thoughtful doing, which is nice. Our clients and our campaigns aim to make the world better, and that's even nicer.

You’re organised, motivated and resourceful. We’re looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and manage multiple campaigns for multiple clients.

What will you do?

Generate creative PR ideas 

Plan PR campaigns and allocate resource

Implement PR campaigns

Work collaboratively with the team to implement campaigns across the marketing and comms mix – as part of our holistic approach to communicating with audiences

Liaise and build connections with media, publishers, influencers

Monitor and report on outcomes and success

Some things you need to have:

Solid experience in devising and delivering successful, international PR/Digital PR campaigns

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

Understanding of media needs and media relationships

Top-notch organisational and planning skills

What’s the deal?

The salary is £30,000 a year (pro-rata) – we are a Real Living Wage employer, and we also commit to never paying anyone less than the London Real Living Wage (which was set at £10.85 per hour in 2021)

We work 4 days a week, Monday – Thursday

We give 34 days annual leave each year (pro-rata), this includes public holidays

You will have a £250 welfare budget each to use for your health and wellbeing

If you’re a freelancer and want to work with us on that basis, the rate would be £200 per day 

PR vs Digital PR

We’re looking for someone experienced in either or both disciplines. We like people to work to their strengths, so if you’re excellent at either of these, we’d love to hear from you.
