Who are you?
You’re organised and meticulous. You love to be organised and are excited when you find a way to do things better. You pay close attention to detail and have high standards.
You’re a fixer. You get things done, and if you don’t know how, you find a way. You take a “Yes…and” approach. You make things happen and you do it with style and grace.
You’re a people person. You take time to get to know people, you look to understand and empathise with people, and you always find a way to make our clients' lives easier.
You’re excited about Crystallised and its clients. You’re going to be working with a range of clients from owner-founders to big businesses with a big mission – they need to know you care.
You loudly believe in equality, equity of power and social justice. If seeing this in a job ad makes you wince, then we’re probably not right for each other.

Some things you need to have:

Incredible attention to detail
Experience in managing relationships, liaising with different partners, assimilating needs, and finding solutions
The skills to communicate clearly and confidently

Who are we?
We’re a marketing and communications agency and Certified B Corporation®, working with organisations who want to make people’s lives better. This includes arts, culture, community and entertainment organisations, NGOs, charities, not-for-profits and businesses with a strong sense of social purpose.
We've won a few awards for our big-thinking and thoughtful-doing, which is nice. Our clients and our campaigns aim to make the world a little better, and that's even nicer.
The way we do things and the marketing campaigns we deliver are inspired by the Latin American Spanish phrase, “buen vivir” – meaning a way of doing things that is community-centric, ecologically-balanced, and culturally-sensitive.
